DATA-READY Project Newsletter 2 is now available!

The Institute of Mathematics at the University of the National Education Commission, Krakow (UKEN) is actively involved in the international project DATA-READY – Empowering Education through Data Literacy Integration in Compulsory Education, which aims to strengthen data literacy competencies in compulsory education across Europe.
The second issue of the newsletter presents the latest progress of the project over recent months. The work has included:
🔹 an analysis of strategies and good practices for developing data literacy in compulsory education in partner countries,
🔹 ongoing work on the European Data Literacy Competence Framework, defining key skills and learning outcomes for students,
🔹 expert workshops and consultations supporting the validation of the competence model,
🔹 preparation of the next project stages focused on teacher education and professional development programmes supporting the implementation of data literacy in schools.
