SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Colleague,
We confirm with thanks the receipt of your registration form. As previously announced, the Conference will be held at the hotel "Jałowcowa Góra" in Dobczyce.
The Conference starts on Thursday, June 8, 2006 at 3 p.m. Participants are expected to arrive at hotel on June, 8 from 1 p.m. The first meal is dinner, the last one - lunch on June, 10. The conference fee for participants is 500 zł. It includes the costs of registration, accommodation and meals, refreshments and proceedings of the Conference.˙ Please, transfer the payment to the account
with the indication "13-PCSMS''˙ before April 30, 2006. Please, do not send cheques, if possible. In case you are unable to come and if you inform us before the beginning of the Conference we will refund your payment minus a charge of 40 zł.
As with previous Conferences, we plan to publish the Proceedings. Those of the participants who wish to publish a paper there are kindly asked to deliver the file and the hardcopy of the manuscript during the conference. Your paper should be typeset in LaTeX (preferably, but TeX, AMS-TeX etc. is also acceptable). It should contain your name and affiliation. Please prepare the document as simple as possible avoiding, in particular, using commands like: newcommand, newcounter, newenvironment, hspace, vspace, footnote, etc.
